No More Heroes coming to PS3 and Xbox 360

Yes folks, it's confirmed. Suda51's free roaming action video game No More Heroes is getting a high definition treatment, a new scan from this week's issue of Famitsu has confirmed.

No More Heroes: Eiyuu no Rakuen (Hero's Paradise) is headed for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. According to the info gathered by game site Siliconera, the game will feature new modes, Japanese voice acting, and new control scheme. The game is scheduled to arrive in Japan on February 25, 2010.

I hope that sony will release their new "toy", the new motion controller they copied on nintendo's controllers. If yes, it would mean this game is gonna be great. If not, I'm not sure I want to play a game centered around a motion control that doesn't exist on the mentionned consoles..

My only concern is how will the remake stand up against other next-gen games? I think the game had some recognition for being on the Wii, but will it become obscure in the face of other game giants? We'll see.
