Sony may have confirmed that the game is coming to North America, but they haven't specified a date up to now. If you can't wait, there's a quick fix.
The game, also known as Ape Escape Fury! Fury!, has come to Hong Kong. This version comes with both Korean and English text, so there won't be any language barrier to keep you from importing.
Ape Escape on the Move is a rail shooting party title that uses the PlayStation Move controller for catching monkeys and shooting targets. If you want a quick peek, here's some gameplay footage from TGS.
