Ó
The news of Polyphony Digital's Gran Turismo 5 Prologue hitting stores and the PlayStation Store at December 13 isn't so far back in our memory, but an official announcement at the on-going Tokyo Game Show added a few more details to the free downloadable demo coming soon. On October 20, a month from now, you can expect to try out digital replicas of new car models, such as the shiny, sexy Nissan GT-R.This revelation coincides with the first day of the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show, the 40th iteration of the celebrated car show. And just to up the game's constant drool factor with its fans, Sony also released another slew of screenshots, plus a trailer to get your engines primed. You can view the video by following the Via link.
Got game? You can bet fellow blogger Rio S. does, because the Nissan GT-R is top choice. A BMW Z4 is just enough to whet this writer's appetite, so what's the chariot you're aching to try? Check out more Gran Turismo 5 Prologue screenshots below!

wow, I can't say I'm not supprised by the graphics... I mean, I knew it was looking good, but THAT's pretty.
Still, I'm not sure if I'll buy the prologue... I mean, I like GT games but a prologue? I think I'll wait for GT5, but if it's gonna take a LONG shot, maybe I should buy the prologue? :( dunno, I'll play assassin's creed while I decide I suppose.
I am going to buy the prologue as soon as it comes out ! Don't care what it costs I most GT5 Prologue! I would pay ahundred dollars to play it know!
Looks like PD got a little ambitious with GT5. Good AI for oval races takes a lot of work. Simulated driver experience so cars will swerve if you get too close, drafting properly, multiple driving lines.
I think they can do it.
I like how they have a model for the GT-R Test Mule, along with the uncovered one.
Protgect gothum is far bitter!! and it has all of the cars already!!
um okay yea.... compare a terrible graphic(compare d to this) arcade racer to a realistic sim which is mostly a sort of demo of a full game which will definitely consist of about 3 times as much cars as pgr. Oh yeah learn how to spell ;)
