Last time that we checked, we learned that Tecmo's latest installment to the Ninja Gaiden series, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, was already at 35% completion. So, just to show that they haven't been slacking off within the past week, a new batch of screenshots has recently been released for the public's enjoyment.
From the looks of everything, it's getting pretty hard to immediately distinguish which screencaps show actual gameplay, and which ones may be from a cutscene. In any case, it has been reported that this remake of Ninja Gaiden Black (for the Xbox1) has replaced the old FMV sequences with cutscenes which use in-game graphics. Word also has it that some of these cutscenes will even be playable.
Even though there's still no definite release date for this game, we have to admit that it's looking better and better by the day. Let's hope this trend keeps up.

Actually, it doesn't look any better than the XBOX version played on the 360. I guess you've never played that game before. Of course you don't need to worry about upscaling PS2 games with your PS3. Last gen games in 1080i is awesome.
Yeah it's a shame it is currently a PS3 exclusive. If it was on the 360 it could look and play so much better. It could still happen. Let's see how disappointing the game sales are first.
