Ninja Gaiden Sigma: it's "guy-den" not "gay-den" |
Ó
We don't know how some of you guys pronounce the title, but ever since its early beginnings in the NES, we've heard a couple of people saying "gay-den" (i.e. "Hey, have you seen the new Ninja Gay Den?"). Those kinds of situations are a bit awkward, so let's set things straight (no pun intended): it's pronounced "guy-den."
Moving on...
Yes, Tecmo announced Ninja Gaiden Sigma for the PS3, and we've given you some scans and a trailer already. Well now, here's more media for you guys. There's going to be lots of weapons to use this time around. Those will surely help you wreak havoc on all the baddie ninjas and demon dinos. Also, for all you ninja wannabes, there's also going to be a dual-sword capability allowing you twice the amount of slices and dices as before.
Hold on... Is that Racheal on the left pic? (Thanks to IGN for the pics, by the way.) Yeah, Rachel's a playable character, now. Bravo!

And yes, in katakana you pronounce it as if you were reading it in spanish, hope they stop saying it gay-den-like and await for this awesome, kickass one-hell-of-a-game
seeing that most people who don't know Japanese don't get ANY of the pronunciations right.
Heh, it's how I've said it since the NES days =P
Just like people say Mario like "May-re-oh" instead of "Mar-re-oh"
But who cares? Still great games.
