New YouTube Vid Hints at Future Tony Hawk Series?

Is the video above a snippet on what Activision are working on for the next in the series of Tony Hawk, on Next Gen? Sure, it is just a very early animation test, but the physics of both the movement on the board and the movement of the character look impressive, as do the lighting and the shadows.

The video features a character skating along who then proceeds to ollie onto a curb, grinds his way across, and then ollies off again. No surroundings to speak of, but it is taken from a reasonably close Tony Hawk: Pro Skater gameplay perspective.

The Series has definitly taken a nose dive. Im not a fan of the series at all really, but a ton of friends of mines that do play these kinds of games still like the Original P1S/N64 versions alot better. I myself can not say.

# I play Tony Hawk...Guest 2006-05-01 04:08
And I'm a stoner.

Most games are funner when your high/drunk anyways. You have to remember this is a skateboarding game and chances are if you skate you smoke and if you don't skate you won't like the game anyways.

Just my 2 Cents.

Now they need a game with these realistic physic where you can piss on people.. I myself have donated millions o dollars to developement of the Rkelly Urination engine with realistic stream physics and coloring. i called it Wii at first but nintendo insisted that their new machine bear that name. with my new physics engine and nintendos wii machine we will have hours of realistic urinary debauchery.. shizzle

I'd just wait for it on the Wii *gasps* the graphics will be a fresh start next gen an all, and using the controller could be more fun than PS3's and 360's. Wii's got a normal controller addon anyways...

btw if you get the 1st post and feel good about yourself...you obviously had no friends when you were litlle........
