The Darkness being developed by Starbreeze Studios is looking really sweet. Inspired by the comic book of the same name, this game places you in the shoes of Jackie Estacado. The dark and gritty style is still ever present in the new screenshots.
The FPS looks great but how is the game play? We're expecting a lot from these guys since they were the ones who made Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. The U.S. release date of The Darkness for the Xbox 360 is still Q3 2007 and the exact date is still unknown.
As for the PS3 version of the game, it will be released in the U.S. by 2K Games on May 2007.

This game looks awsome... but in Image 6...that's img 8 out of 9 btw.. there is som skripelings in the background and some of it are in swedish. kinda cool.. it says "Hata Alla" witch meens "hate all"
Thanks for the heads up and we're sorry for that minor snafu. Anyhow, the Xbox 360 version is still stamped with a Q3 2007 release date. The PS3 version, on the other hand is scheduled for release on May. :)
This game looks hella cool. Its shaping up better looking then the last images that I seen. I can't wait to play it!
