New PSOne games for download at Playstation Store

Oldie but goodie. - Image 1Over at the Japanese side of Sony's PlayStation Store, a new set of PSone titles are now available and ready to be downloaded onto PS3s, and this week's additions are composed of some familiar names:
Each download costs ¥ 525, or about US $ 4.30, which isn't bad at all. However, even without the rest of the titles, Spectral Force from Idea Factory and SCE's Crash Bandicoot alone would most likely be enough to get people to pass by the PlayStation Store.

I bought crash bandicoot 2 for PS1 at EB games for $2.99 buy one get one free, then converted it to play on my PSP and I can still play the disc on my PS2. Now that's value, no useless PS3 required.

OBJECTION!



It's is known that the majority of EB-Gamestops and other affiliated stores have stopped selling PSX games and are now only found on the internet.



Since only smaller time gamestores have these games now getting them via PS3 (which is a nice feature) or ebay/ some internet store.

why cant you play them on ps3 its kinda dumb that you need a ps3 to buy the game and need a psp to play it why cant you do it either way im hoping sony will allow ps1 games to be played on ps3 with a future update

Do they mean Crash Bandicoot 2? I've had the first game on my psp for a while now- official from the playstation store, not from ps1 disk. (Not allowed to say where I got it here, but I'm sure google knows...)
