Dude...gamespy != xbox live....gamespy is one of the worst pieces of software i've come accross and would much rather use a developers in game matching system rather then it.



Oh yeah, and laptops have been using 2.5 inch HD's for a very long time now, so is the xbox360 oh my!! you made it sound so special because sony was using it...

this is absolutely the best news i've ever heard! though the release for japan is later i had always assumed us poor bastards in the uk would be shafted and would have to wait until 2007 for the ps3 (and i was not going to import).



with 60gig hdd as standard i'm very happy, yes the best 2.5 inch drives are now 160gigs but i think 60 is enough to be getting on with.



linux as os... that's crazy! sony and their 'firmware updates' will be almost useless, people can make homebrew for linux so easily. in a way it's a clever way to combat nintendo's little downloadable back catalogue, cos we can just run n64 emulators on the ps3... i hope.

even though the news is showing a delay in ps3 i'm overjoyed... and coupled with the news about psp i think i'm going to have a heart attack... and what with this being the last day of lectures so i'm officially on holiday, i'd say this is almost the best day of my life

rofl 4th dimension, what will sony come up with next to make thier console sound better. Im not sure about the network either, if its just a network hosted by gamespy its nower near going to be a xbox live beater like they suggested. Some of the stuff like the hard disk and the release date is next. But im still don't buy into the hype.

i really want to see how game spy is going to work on ps3 or ps 4d. i hope that with it means m$ will make live free, but live is very comunal feeling to it game spy isn't so lets see what happens

Here i am praising sony and there u r completely ripping me. dude i know that laptops and xbox wuz usin 2.5'' but i wuz buzzin at the fact that a console has 60gb of space much more than any other console. And if u dont like what sony is doing with the online service then dont get it. In fact dont get the *****ing ps3 cuz u dont seem to be praising it. Your jsut a saddo who has nothing better to do than critise people. And it people like you who will get yourself in trouble cuz u cant keep your mouth shut.

So either the ps3 will be a time machine or have a clock.

are u saying that is too little or a very good amount?, personally i thinks its great beacause my Dell Demension 2400 pc only has 33.3 Gb and are ypu sure this gamespy is a good online service i have no experience with it.
