New PS3 bundle spotted, goes PSN instead of Blu-ray |
Ó
If Norwegian online retailer Komplett has any say on it, it looks like there's a new PS3 bundle set to be released for Europe (or maybe just Norway*, at least). While most bundles today include Blu-ray movies and games (plus maybe a PSN coupon or two), this new bundle we've spotted via Kotaku happens to focus more on the PSN titles. There's naught a single Blu-ray disc in the package; instead, it's got four PSN coupons.
The new PS3 bundle seen in the online store's product listings includes the following:
- a 160GB PS3 unit
- one DualShock 3 controller
- PSN download coupons for
- GT5 Prologue
- Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest for Booty
- The Last Guy
- Super Stardust HD
* maybe just Norway: actually, reports from various Kotaku readers across Europe are already stating that they're seen this same bundle appear in their local retailers. Other than Norway (as indicated by online retailer Komplett), the PS3 bundle has already been spotted in Spain, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, and the Netherlands. SCEE has yet to announce anything official for the rest of Europe or other regions in the global market.

cool
another way to rip of the consumer (need internet access, some may not have it)
save money on disc, and the fact a disc version is more costly than a download
save money on delivery of item to the store, and save the planet
ah are sweet, as long as the planet is safe and the rich get richer, i dont give to *****s if im screwed
lol, but no really good move, also the above was just taking the piss,
its an extra choice you can have
dont FKN buy it besides Im pretty sure who ever buys this'll buy a game or two anyway not bad seen it coming

I'm Norwegian, and I would say its wrong to calculate directly from USD to NOK, because here in Norway we have alot of VAT and other fees just to import. The shops here are usually multiplicating with 10, instead of 7 or whatever it is. Therefore, in the states, this one would cost around 449 USD, not 675, just to be clear :)
btw, it's called Norwegian Kroner not Krone, cause krone is the same as a crown^^
dumbest comment of QJ yet. A person who spends $675 will fricking have internet and/or has enough resources so he can set it up so he can temporarily get internet access to download the games.
Actually the bundle exists in sweden to.. for 4990 SEK and i just bought one
you got it, kroner, or krones as they could say.
why was this post duplicated?
