I want a big Bravia....sigh..hahaha - Image 1Sony is giving you more reasons to get your very own PlayStation credit card. For those who already have theirs, well, the card gets a bit better. Apart from the US$ 100 that you get upon purchasing a PS3, Sony now has a bonus offer that'll get you US$ 200 more.

Use the PlayStation Card and get the US$ 100 card credit when you get a PS3. That we already know. But from now until March 31, 2009, spending an additional US$ 3000 or more will qualify you for US$ 200 more credits.

Sound like a lot? Well, yes, but the US$ 3000 that you have to spend doesn't have to be an all-Sony splurge. You can use your PlayStation Card for everyday purchases like for clothes, groceries, gasoline, or dining. With this card, for every dollar you spend on Sony Style stores, you get 5 Sony Rewards points. For other purchases, it's a point for every dollar spent.

...

Spending $3000 on any credit card seems a bit unreasonable during these times. I'm sure some people have maintained their wealth though.

not really

Ive spent well over 2000 on my Amex this past week and a half alone. I use it for online purchases and everyday use (gas, corner store, fast food, etc..). Of course I have the money to pay it at the end of the month though.

That sucks lol

When I got this card (Dec) it was $150 off a PS3, and an extra $300 off a purchase of $1000 or $2000, can't remember, but not 3k
