New Killzone 2 patch v1.27 this month, DLC 2 coming after patch |

Having fun with the latest Steel and Titanium DLC, huh? Well, don't look now because that's definitely not the end for Killzone 2. Far from it! The latest patch for the game is already scheduled to be released within this month, and what what what! That upcoming patch v1.27 might be paving the way for the next DLC installment!
Guerrilla Games producer Sebastian Downie reveals that:
Patch 1.27 is well under way and will be released a little later this month. It is a pretty sizable patch with some excing features. More on that later on when we get closer to releasing it. There is also a lot of server related maintenance coming with that and a lot of other things still in the works. (DLC 2 anyone?) But more on that later.
Suhweeeet! Argue all you will about DLC 2 possibly coming in too soon after last month's release of S&T. This bit is still good news!
*Update* As NarooN and DARKnikon point out in the comments section, if last month's interview is any indication, this DLC 2 could be the "Retro" maps, possibly ones taken from previous Killzone titles.

can't wait for this... controls could use some work like being less jumpy
DLC 2 will be KZ1-themed maps. Guy said it in an interview from last month.
I saw the interview too, he did hint that the next map pack would involve the word "Retro" hinting at retro maps of some kind. (KZ1 or Liberation on PSP)
I heard something about Co-Op being a possibility. I hope that hasn't been totally shot down. I'd also like them to change the grenade throwing function, but that's probably asking too much also.

oh well. probably not gonna be free so doesnt matter.
What's wrong with nades ? You press a button and throw a gernade, how could it get any better ?
