There's gotta more for all of Drake's fans! Naughty Dog Creative Director Amy Hennig has just announced at the PAX 2009 that there will be an Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Fortune Hunter Edition!

This edition will carry not only the game, but also an exact in-game replica of the Phurba Dagger Artifact (with stand), Collectible Art Book, and Collector case (with Naughty Dog's autograph!), and some more downloads.

Here's the rub, though. This Fortune Hunter Edition, you gotta earn it. No, you can't buy it. You have to win it. And the answer to how exactly you can do that is what we will be waiting for on the PS Blog.

» hmm

So we have to still pre-order to get the multiplayer demo, then probably beat a ton of people to get. Nice. So only hardcore players are gonna get it.

Ahh chances are it will be some random "no purchase necessary" sweepstakes BS...

Rarely do you ever see a contest these days where it is actually a contest....always just a random draw.

» Why dont you give a link to the blog?

Unless its not on blog yet.

If theres a contest, shouldnt you give us a link to the PS BLOG?

Nice dagger, looks like the Dragon dagger from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

But I like it. If its a contest, perhaps the dagger is made up with real metal or perhaps there doing this because it costs them too much money.

It probably happened to Eidos, when they did the Batman Collectors edition
