More PAIN, more gain! New patch gives PAIN online features |
Ó
"PAIN was never designed with online play in mind," Coker said. "The sheer number of active objects flying around at any given time during a single launch is ridiculous to process, and then when you factor in the possibility of each of those objects hitting another object – perhaps an exploding one – the situation becomes even nuttier." So when fans said they wanted PAIN online, it was, pardon the pun, a big pain in the you-know-where for them.
Thankfully, the guys at Idol Minds managed to pull it off, and you can now inflict massive amounts of PAIN online. The patch is now live and it's for free. With the Smack Pack available for download (at least as soon as they're done fixing the PlayStation Store), you'll get two new game modes - Darts and Fortress - to play with.

I like this game even if it feels a bit money-grabbing for all the modes. I tend to put it on when I'm in more relaxed mood and it is pretty amusing. This update sounds much needed.
Pain requires ur internet connection to have 256kbps upload speed... damn I only have 96 from my dsl
You sure it's kbps or kBps? I always get the two confused.
