The game is set to come to store shelves on June 26 for the U.S. and June 30 for Europe. Japan would have it a few days earlier since it's expected to cause some serious virtual mayhem on June 14. With all that said, here's the video for your viewing pleasure.

As far as I'm concerned this beats DMC's pansy, metrosexual
ass hands down. In fact the whole Ninja Gaiden series pisses on DMC from afar.

are you serious? This game looks so much better. theres a video of the 2 comparisons lying somewhere. I Still prefer DMC3 though. I'll say NG beats DMC1 and 2 though. Although DMC3 has a smaller move set per se compared to ninja gaiden... You can make your own combos and I always find that more enjoyable. And then add in the styles system, and you got a different experience each play through. DMC4 on the other hand.... I dunno... Neros Devil hand doesn't really make up for a bunch of different fighting styles
i can't wait for this game. I own all the DMC games and I have to give the nod to NG. The enemies actually fight back and adapt to your moves making you change up your tactics or die. DMC enemies aren't really that active nor do they change what THEY do to fight back.

ninjagaiden is a hollow game, with no flavour, the xbox version is completely over rated, DMC is a much better game, and series as a whole, im not gonna buy a game which says its pushing the ps3 to its limits. "Wooo wow u put shadows in the game". please, this game is a plain rip off.
Yea, i had the same thought when i was watching that video. didnt they already redo ninja gaiden and call it Ninja Gaiden Black?
Devil May Cry is a rip off of Ninja Gaiden? How does that make sense? Ninja Gaiden goes as far back as the NES.
When it comes down it, both games are generic third person action games. Each one with their own features on top of that.
And I really can't understand how you can call Ninja Gaiden a "hollow" game. Hard, yes. But hollow, far from it. From my experience, most people who don't like the game get their asses handed to them with the first boss, and automatically think it's crap. Give it a chance.
Personally, I would buy a game which pushes the ps3 or 360 to it's limits. Not only graphically, but content and inovation wise. (And realistic shadows were one of the reasons why I bought the original splinter cell)
