We're sure you're read that report we ran about signs that could be leading Grand Theft Auto 4 (PS3, Xbox 360) back to San Andreas. Today, more sightings have been reported and we just might have Niko Bellic flying back to the West Coast if these images hold any water.

An eagle-eyed Kotaku reader named Timmy saw these travel ads hinting that if we're bound for San Andreas, it may very well be via plane. Los Santos could be on the itinerary, and it has our collective imaginations fired up.

Still, we'd advice everyone to take this with a grain of salt. It's not like Rockstar would pull off the same trick they did with GTA 3 when we saw hints of Vice City, right? Wink, wink!

If we can pass Bellic off as a schoolboy :)

And the Liberty City hookers can be the schoolgirls!

Down by the Alderney State correction facility, there is a similar billboard for a flight to Vice City. I reckon these are just adverts, and not hints of another location.

Since I heard one of the reasons they didn't include planes in the game is because nobody wants to see user videos of 9/11 set in Liberty City, I always thought San Andreas without towering buildings can be the backdrop for the next GTA installment.

That was Sony's fault. They didn't act.

They're policy of "not buying off games and DLC" will get in the way. Personally I couldn't care less how much they spend on DLC, can they just get their arrogant asses off the floor and do some BUSINESS!

They cannot rely on the PS brand anymore, atm the blu-ray drive is all thats driving it in the sales area.

Yeah, they're just in-game advertisements, thats all.. I've said before about Roman saying via text message "we could buy a private jet and fly out to Vice City"

The cities/states are in the same game world, of course they're going to mention them.. how about the Airport in San Andreas saying Carcer City? We saw that city in Manhunt and those games are also in the same world :P

Dont look into it too much!

PS3 might get DLC, maybe not exclusive, but I'm sure we'll get some. I was looking on the store the other day and noticed that you could buy the New Goblin for Spider-Man 3, I thought that was lame seeing as how buying the limited/collectors edition SM3 gave you that exclusive character.

but pfft.. yeah.
