Want more gritty and gravel crunching racing action in Colin McRae: DiRT? Well, the Xbox 360 and PC versions of the said title from Codemasters have already seen the shelves, though the PlayStation 3 version is yet to been seen in September.
In the unfortunate case that you've been living under an oversized rock, Colin McRae: DiRT is the sixth title in the popular off-road racing franchise. If you've seen the trailers, screenshots, or the released versions of the video game, we're sure you'd agree that this game looks like it'll leave you with a taste of dust in your mouth (maybe you'll even have to remove dust from your clothes as well).

Wonder why its so late on PS3? i know PS3 games take a bit longer to develop but...
wonder if it will run as well as the 360 version, cause it seems to be a very well made engine, runs with exelent detail 4x AA and 60fps on the 360 just fine, hopefully my none-360 owning ps3 bretheren will get just as smooth a ride

Might pick it up... hard to say. It looks great and I've already heard great things about it on the 360/PC. I'm still making my way though Motorstorm.
At first Aoxo's comments weren't so ass-*****ed, but now they've pretty much degenerated to petty drivel. Clap, clap.
gamespot's review said 360 version has about 25fps and when there are alot of cars on screen, a measly 9fps.
Gamespot's Preview of the PS3 version however, stated that we get 7.1" surround and a steady 30fps all the way through.
