They removed the COD bit so that they don't need to share there source code and stuff with Treyarch. Who obviously steal there stuff and just add onto it. The only thing new was maps, basically was same engine. i.e Nissan built a car called it nissan micra took out engine and put it into micra 2. Same thing.



They removed dedis because of people cheating. Would you want to have people under the map or you being sniped from neverland? Also if people stop this cheating and glitching. Even if they glitched and cheated in there own games thats fine but doing it in public games just destroys the gameplay. i.e remember how W@W was in the first months....Normally a war going on under the map and the top being empty.



It isn't a fighting game dumbass. As you clearly see your using guns and using cover and using your team. Looks and feels the same as COD4. But some people are clearly....err.....retarded?



They didn't make long video's because it breaks the tension of the game. If they gave a 30min trailer of a movie. Whats the point of watching the movie.....

IW removed dedis for 2 main reasons. Cheating and piracy. Cheating is more minor and can be got around using other methods than this but this is a fool proof method. Piracy is something which plagues everything, i even support it in some cases, but imagine you created a game with your sweat and tears only it to have sold 11 copies and 40% are pirates..Wouldn't that make you angry? Even pirates say to people to buy the game if you can. I am not pro-IW but i feel for them like a human being. You cold hearted people don't understand that if you worked on something for two years you deserve a reward and to be credited.



Also boycotting COD6 PC is a very very bad idea. If you can guess why, ill give u pat on the back.



USA invaded Iraq for nukes? WTF? They invaded Iraq mainly for Oil and its other commodities. I remember hearing about Iraq dishing out 100k barrells a month before the war. Now its 80k a day. Makes you see the main reason.



IWnet costs money and so does making a demo. It also takes time. Time is something which cannot be redirected cause they want to make the game the best for us. No point if they are making the best demo the world has ever seen, only to release a game with the same features.



Windows Live gaming is *****, no one has said otherwise.



BTW it isnt free to upload demos onto PSN and Xlive, you have to pay royalties and it costs per gig or something.



If you let people decide on what they want in the game the first thing they would've said is dual attachments, this is now in COD6. If you did let people decide whats in the game and what isn't it would lead to people having fights. Everyone doesn't think the same.



One more thing, GODDAMN IT CAN YOU SPELL STRAIGHT!

But this wont prevent Piracy u know , the game will be cracked and shared since its on DVD media , yes IWNET will ask for registration and key confirmation to play online good strategy but seriusly Piracy is not a new phenomena and all companies face this , COD4 was the most sold FPS game 2007 to 2009 and the RATIO between Legal COD4 and pirated COD4 are normal .



- Gears of war got pirated

- HALO 3 got pirated

and they are hapy .



you know Mooding is what made COD4 survice 2 years new maps modes full modification , community made videos and posting on forums and youtube facebooks all this was BIG ADS FOR IW .



Im not again IWNET but removing Dedicated srevers and mooding is like a Iphone not jailbreaked yet , or PC with vista .

- no match making

- many cheats but stoped with PB



if IW wory about cracked servers this not worth hurting All COD community for the match making of KIDS and no mods , if only IW care about gamers moral and made just a google search ( cod4 mods ) they will understand how its important , and if only they asked their own mooders who come directly from mooders comunity ,

A COD7 is probably a COD6 v.2 with tanks. And these boycotting tactics is probably gonna cost us, So you might as well think that CoD series on PC, isn't coming out ever again. Activision will think that the PC series is a liability and cut it off quite easily.
