We know that Infinity Ward and Activision have at least two map packs planned for Modern Warfare 2. Thanks to Monster Beverage Company, who has a deal with Activision to produce MW2-branded energy drinks, we now know when one of those are coming.

According to Shacknews, a four-pack of the company's Monster Assault Energy drinks mentions a Spring 2010 release for one of the map packs. It wasn't indicated it this date is for the first or second map pack, however.

Modern Warfare 2 is slated for a November 10 release on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The map packs will hit Xbox 360 first before heading on to the other two platforms

.

I don't dispute that it looks absolutely amazing, but I hate comparing and the ensuing flame wars after it. MW2 is going to be absolutely amazing, a continuance of the first, whereas BC2 will absolutely amazing in its own right, but more of an improvement over the first. They'll both be awesome is all. Now you got me wetting myself over BC2 all over again. But on another note, Monster Assault is delicious, their best flavour, but they don't offer it anywhere in my area anymore!!
