Sony give back our PS2 backwards compatibility by releasing a small piece of hardware whcih will emulate PS2 games!

I would prefer that they make a remake of the 2 first games for 3DS, considering the 3rd already is in the making. Also a shout-out to Naughty Dog: where is my Jak and Dextar collection! announce it already!

I think it's a big cop-out to be honest. Yes, it looks pretty, but it's unnecessary and just an excuse for a bit of money. The reason I'm opposed to the idea is because Twin Snakes was such a terrible game, it really was. It lost every bit of soul that the original had and changed the voice of Grey Fox, my favourite character, from Greg Eagles to shitty Rob Paulsen. And Matrix-style jumps and changes in dialogue is inexcusable. I'm sorry, but MGS meant a lot to me and is my favourite game of all time for the emotional depth, the complexity and brilliance of the plot, the way the characters immerse you and outstanding graphics. What Kojima needs to do is ditch Rising (that new fan-service Japanese bollocks) and bring out a remodelling of MG and MG2 on the MSX. Since he has such a love for Big Boss now, and has shown that he's nearly incapable of making him appear every bit the sadist he was in the original games, he can reverse that by remaking the original two. That way, we have potentially perfect games. We have Frank Jaeger as a younger character before he's a cyborg ninja, we have Big Boss as the antagonist (imagine the cut-scenes and emotion in that! It would make PW and MGS4 that much more powerful the next time you play it), Master Miller when he was actually alive giving some advice over the codec and best of all, we get to play as Solid Snake for the first-time on a new-gen console since that short Tanker episode in MGS2, which wasn't enough. We'd be playing him in his prime, here, and it could delve into not only his relationship with BB, but with Grey Fox, too. And who better to command the mission over codec than Campbell himself who would be the mission advisor. It's a potentially perfect game and would tie up many of the loose ends and repair some retcons. But if they pick anyone other Greg Eagles to do the voice of Fox, I'll be pissed (he was so gay in Portable Ops, they wrecked his character and Rob Paulsen can't do it for shit). Please, Kojima, do it.
