Metal Gear Solid 4 modded PlayStation 3 signed by Kojima up for grabs

Drool. A one-of-a-kind 60GB PlayStation 3 modded with a Metal Gear Solid 4 theme is up for grabs on eBay. The console, signed by Hideo Kojima himself, and Yumi Kikuchi, the model for Raging Beauty, also comes with a full-blown package of swag that includes the following:

  • The Complete Four Bottle Set of Revive 24 energy drive with all Four Limited MGS4 Items imported from Japan
  • Metal Gear Solid 4 Special Edition T-Shirt

It also comes with a modded controller that fit the theme of MGS4. The console itself is fitted with a black laser etching of Solid Snake, and fitted with micro LEDs that serve as backlight so the artwork is still seen in the dark. To sweeten the deal, the console is fully hardware backwards compatible!

but as (probably) the only one, i prefer my consoles neutral, i don't want any "themes" on/with them, i just want them the way they originaly look...



i know, im weird, but i would buy a themed-console if i already owned the original... im weird indeed :)

im with you on that one... allthough yes i would love this bundle for a collectors only really.



i perfer my ps3 plain and as is,that way,if i decide to modd it in any way,shape or form,i can do it the way I want,especially with how much that ps3 bundle above will end up selling for.

is it just me or does that PS3 controller have some similarities with the xbox360 controller? the analogs looks just like the 360's analog and so is the D-pad. just rearranged as a PS3 controller.
