Metal Gear Online beta up on PSN a day early |

Here's a bit of a shocker to everyone waiting for the Metal Gear Online beta: we all thought we'd get to download it on the 17th of April, but for some reason, that's not the case. As it stands, the download is now available over the PSN. A day earlier than expected.
The download is 741MB, so that shouldn't take a whole lot of waiting to get. Sadly, though, you won't be able to play it just yet. We all still have to wait for the 21st of April to sneak up on enemies and give them cans of butt-kick CQC-style.
Those with Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots pre-order will get the headstart on the beta testing phase. MGS4 goes out with the MGO Starter Pack on the 12th of June exclusively for the PlayStation 3.

I think that we'll be able to play on the 20th (if you notice with every FW update its always a day ealier than usual and this beta was the same. So what do you think will happen for gameplay lol..

why does it keep saying my code is invalid. I type it exactly as it is! Are you sure it is up today???
i got the code cause i bought a metal gear saga vol. 2 disc on ebay ^____^ i wanted it that bad
when entering the code remember the code is case sensitive and need to be enter exactly as displayed... if isn't that I don't know then lol

Have you got a 9 digit code or 12? I hear alotta ppl got 9 digit codes and got screwed cause it wont work unless you have 12 digits

Made mine earlier then today (wanted to be a step ahead). But it doesn't really matter too much as of right now because no one can play even if you have your konami ID or not. Hope they fix it before the 17th though.

1.01. i just finished downloading the beta and went to looking into it, when it told me that a new version of the beta is out. no idea whats new (or old), but interesting, it lets you do a p2p download or right from the server. go figure?
bl man, people are askin konami for answers now about their dodgey code, if your lucky they will resolve it and maybe swap your code for a legit one before the 21st then you will still get to play
If all goes wrong just remember that UK is supposed to be getting an open beta tomorrow (no codes needed), so just download that one.
If that doesnt work try and download it from a friends PSstore download list.
I have 12 digits anyway... sorry to hear that then... wait till tomorrow anyway
get pass of the 0%... I don't have the best downloading bandwith but it's 6mb... isn't bad either... just waiting anyway
it doesn't even matter you have to register a konami id and here is the kicker, it really says "Server is VERY busy" i've been trying for 2 hours to get a damn id. this sucks!
your stupid. you probably payed to much for nothing. you can get the code when you pre order from any store who has them.

yea kind of, it matters how much it costed. And considering the UK PSstore has it in there for free yeah that wasn't a very smart move. Ebay people only want your money, and they'll sell free disks from gamespot to get it.
create a new ps account regester it with a uk address to get onto the uk store for the game without pre prder it will work. i allways get things off the us and jap store
