Mastered Mega Man 9 yet? Know the game like the back of your hand? Bosses just don't challenge you anymore? The game's so easy that you can play it with a blindfold and with your hands tied behind your back?Well then, if you want a bit more challenge from Mega Man 9, then look out for the downloadable content packs coming this week, introducing two new difficulty modes, and a new time attack stage.
The two new modes are Hard Mode and Expert Mode. Hard Mode gives you a tougher game, with increased difficulty, alternate enemy distribution, and new spawning points. Expert Mode, on the other hand, triples the difficulty level of the game. Better get your pew pew on. Side note: both modes are not compatible with rankings or challenges modes.
Time Attack gives you an additional stage, with a new robot master boss called "Fake Man." No, I'm not pulling your leg. That's his name.
The download packs should be available from WiiWare today. It will be available on Xbox Live tomorrow, and on the PlayStation Network on the 23rd.

would mock me ... I played the demo. If you can really call the button pressing and teeth gnashing "playing" . Uh, yeah.... the demo pwn'd me solid. HARDER ?!?!? Masochists!!!
And i used to be a master on those type of games.
I'll third that! Hard and Expert? WTF was not hard enough about it as it is? I'm getting old!
and when I played my Mega Man(s) back in my day it was up hill both ways, I tell ya
i would just like to add i still havent beaten mm9 since it launched on psn.
I got the game shortly after it came out on WiiWare and I still have only beaten Galaxy Man. Mind you I haven't played 24/7...more like 5/3...but still... Man I'm such a noob.
