» huh?

Why is this news? Since this game was announced we knew it was coming to PS3.

» 9.99

to much for a nes lookin game

» 9.99$...

is this a joke? I'd pay that for megamen x5 or x6 ... maybe, but for the 9? They should put all the PS1 games at 5$, no matter if the game was a "huge success" or not...

» This is why

The reason it say megaman coming to psn is because that's the way it was posted on the playstation blog by the capcom developer and qj just copy and pasted it

by nyr2k2 - 2008-09-18 13:55
» well

QJ didn't copy and paste anything-- the headline and the article are different than what's on the PS Blog.

I'm not complaining, FWIW. I was honestly baffled as to why this is news.

» You guys

Sicken me. You don't pay for graphics. you pay for story and gameplay. thats what i loved about the megaman series. nothing too complex. And thats why this is gonna own. Simplicity at its finest. It brings me back to the retro times to see this.

» BUT

Its not a PS1 game its a PS3 game jst looks like a Nes game just dont buy it commplaining isnt going to bring the price down stop cryin we all dumped 10 buck on alot of les fashinable things at least most real games do at some point this game was made for people like me and the other real MM fans out there thanks capcom but I was hoping for a more of a Megaman 8 sequel or a 2.5D game like Sonic Rivals lets just hope MM10 isnt realy MMX and we get some new gen MM games cheers!

» graphics are a given on any console.

gameplay? you can't even charger your buster gun here. this is like a recycled megaman nes game. let's say that 500,000 people will buy this, that's $5 million in an instant. and this game doesn't deserve to get that kind of money. it was probably made in less than 3 months. the game isn't even 16-bit. wtf. $10?!

by whaleshark - 2008-09-19 02:35
» But thats why

I need it. Its an ode to classic gaming. Its pretty much the same. this was made to show EVERYONE that retro gaming is still alive and well and that even in everyones hearts it will stick to us.

» yea.

but why? you can get emulators on your pc or your ps3 (yes, there is one). i don't see why they want to accentuate that retro gaming while making money. i still don't believe in the $10 price tag.

what i think is, they (capcom) put rockman at the botton of their priority list. they could make a classy 16-bit game, and would still make it retro (by definition of today's standards). i hope it'll turn out good, though. since rockman has been awesome until X6.

btw. wtf is MEGAman? MEGA?! lol.
