Media Molecule boss wants LittleBigPlanet and PlayTV integrated |
Ó
Man, if this comes true, let's hope Sony makes PlayTV available in other regions too. Media Molecule boss Mark Healey confides to Eurogamer that we just might see LittleBigPlanet and PlayTV working together in the future. Here's Healey sharing his initial concept for an "LBP-TV":
Just recently I bought the PlayTV, because I had to swap cables every time. That made me think last night, we should just integrate that into LittleBigPlanet. Why not? If you've got a PlayTV box, it must be possible to watch TV within your Pod.
How cool is it to just watch TV with people online with your Sackboy, and vandalise the TV with stickers, for example? There's lots of random ideas like that I'd like us to explore. I don't know if that's possible but I'm sure it must be.
Oh I can just imagine. My Kratos Sackboy dancing with the contestants in So You Think You Can Dance? while the show runs in the background. Heh. Epic win.

ROFL. Seems like a hilarious idea. XD
If this come to frusion than we may see more vid uploads to youtube via PS3
HOLD YOUR HORSES people are going a bit overboard with LBP, first person view and now this while i saw its a decent idea which could work (even in-game, especially create mode), due to the games gameplay it should be no where near the top of any list
Wow, thank God you don't represent the masses. It may not be your cup of tea, mate, but there is a reason people all over the world are going nuts for this game, and why it's getting 10/10 in its early reviews. You just don't get it - which is fine, but open the blinds and take a look around...
That sounds like fun! It would also be cool if you could freeze live tv and put an image in the game. I bet a lot of advertisers would like that. How about freezing a tv advertisement and cut out an image of say a Toyota car or a Pepsi or something and using it in game! So many exciting possible ideas with that.
