Lost Planet 2 in stores by the end of 2009? |
Ó
The slide, which you can see below, indicates that Lost Planet 2 is expected to be in stores by the end of the year. The date could be for the Xbox 360 version only, though, seeing as how Capcom has already mentioned a winter Japanese release for it before. The PS3 version still remains without a date. Hopefully we hear something official soon.

Hm, it's ok. I will end up buying both for comparison maybe. Or my bro will just pick it up and let me borrow it until the PS3 version is released.
i hope the reason for the delay is because they aren't optimizing the game for the ps3 rather than "just" porting it over **cough** sega **cough**
That PS3 demo was a pleasant surprise. I wasn't so thrilled with the original Lost Planet. This one is quite amazing, with so much detail in the jungle environment. Really shocked me. And, if the rest of the game is already as solid as the demo, I don't think us PS3 owners have to worry about a 'shoddy port'. (Whether it's actually been ported or not.)
