Lost Planet 2 co-op demo coming to PSN next week |

TGS kicks off next week but just because we can't all be in Tokyo to catch the action doesn't mean we're gonna miss out on everything. Capcom made sure we won't be stuck with checking for updates coming from the event. While TGS is busy rolling out the "What's New" and "What's Hot" in the gaming scene, we'll be treated to the co-op demo of Lost Planet 2 (PC, PS3, Xbox 360), which will be on PSN next Thursday.
The demo will have players “run into Akrid ranging from small to enormous.” And when they say Lost Planet 2 says enormous, we can agree that they're not exaggerating. Apart from the demo, ThatVideoGameBlog also reports that there will also be a trailer showing "a new desert environment and the biggest bug we’ve seen yet." Sounds like our massive sand worm, Red Eye.
Maybe by Thursday, we'll have a better idea of what makes Lost Planet 2 a "Gears of War-killer"

I've got to see that to believe it. I mean, Ive played GOW1 and 2, and Lost Planet. While LP was cool, it was definitely no GOW. Guess we shall see.
the only thing I really liked about the first LP was the mechs.. besides that not much then another third person shooter.. hopefully they make due with LP2.
1 thing Capcom does different from other gaming companies is that they don't try to make a clone of another game n throw in a few new gadgets, cast n character design, and call it a new competitive game of the ever so similar and saturated FPS.... they did created the SURVIVAL HORROR gerne.....and megaman......which was unique from every thing else....................can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait. can't wait.

The xbox live demo only gave us a taste of the boss battle. the ps3 demo will have 2 stages, hopefully one where you can actually play a whole level.
