LittleBigPlanet 1.04 Update Now Available - Image 1Media Molecule has the latest patch up for LittleBigPlanet, though no one seems to have a solid idea of what it does.

It'd be great if they released the image importing tool, although we'd have seen more fanfare if they did.

What would really be great is if they finally sorted out the moderating issues. It feels like they're just sabotaging themselves since it's really discouraging a lot of people from creating levels.

One guy from the LittleBigWorkshop forums has observed the following changes in the game since the patch, but these are unconfirmed:
  • Using Undo in Creator mode requires a network call
  • Gluing can be un-glued from the ground
Thanks for sending in the tip, Blade_Punk!

They didn't release info for these patches either:

LittleBigPlanet has always made a network call when pressing undo. No idea why, but when the network is having issues, it causes the undo command to take forever to complete.

You also have always been able to detach things that you have glued to the floor.

Yeah, I was wondering if I was crazy for thinking the same thing. Neither sound new.

I would think that this update fixed it because it was really bad. But I already started my game over and lost the old game save, if I find it I'll tell you if it fixed it or not.
