Launch week DLC details for Guitar Hero: World Tour |
Ó

Metallica's Death Magnetic album won't be the only DLC greeting gamers upon the launch of Activision's Guitar Hero: World Tour (Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Wii). It'll be joined by tracks from R.E.M., Rick Springfield, Ted Nugent, and more by way of Xbox Live and PSN.
The R.E.M. tracks - Horse to Water, Man-Seized Wreath, and Supernatural Supeserious, all of which are from their new album Accelerate - will be exclusively available on Xbox Live for two weeks starting October 30. These can be downloaded individually or as a pack, same with the other launch week DLC.
Non-exclusive content includes the Classic Rock Track Pack that has tracks like Boston's Hot Blooded and Rick Springfield's Jessie's Girl. Blind Melon's No Rain will also become available during the launch week. You'll have to pay for these tracks, but for the frugal gamer there's always the Ted Nugent and Zakk Wylde original Guitar Duels, which are free.
As for Death Magnetic, those who already downloaded it for Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock (Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, PC) will be able to seamlessly integrate the tracks into World Tour.

I think that you mean Foreigner's Hot blooded not Boston's.
