Lair, Heavenly Sword due for UK in May? UPDATE |

Heavenly Sword is an epic adventure featuring smooth graphics and excellent combat in demos shown earlier in expos. Lair, on the other hand, is an apocalypse-themed game where you ride a dragon that flies, breathes fire, smashes and outright abuses enemies to bring peace to the world. Hey, the only way to really have peace is to bury the enemy, right?
We're hoping to play the two exciting titles soon here in the States. We know they won't disappoint.
UPDATE: Eurogamer has posted an article regarding the same topic and according to them, they called a Sony spokesperson who said the report is untrue. The games, according to the Sony rep, are scheduled for 2007 releases but are definitely not slated for May.

I know these games are going to suck, since they have rushed them to market as much as motorstorm. They might as well wait since people buy PS3s anyway with no games.
I'm sick of watching $30 blu ray movies on my PS3. Isn't there anything this thing can do well besides movies?
I feel these games are being over-hyped and will end up being mediocre anyway. Wait for the official IGN review before i purchase
they hype every game and you are always left underwhelmed by rushed products, be thankful that the site was wrong, i mean c'mon yesterday was april fools day :)
These games are going to rock. Have you seen the trailers? Come on now. You must be 360 fans or something talking like that. I know that the 360 don't have many games that add up to the success of these two titles as well as when Playstation Home arrives, I will for sure participate. I can't wait!

Here comes that good old Sony criticism once again. It seems that Sony shouldn't even try to make games considering the response you three have. I've said it before and I'll say it again Sony could make the most amazing game in the world and you three would tag it as "mediocre". Why don't you find something good to criticize like their console itself instead of flaming them when they give you good news. Personally I see the development of the PS3 as a console to be similar to that of the 360s. I say this because I have had a 360 since January of 06 and I must say that I didn't see any worthwhile releases until late Q3/Q4 of that year (Gears of War and F.E.A.R.). I also see some great things coming out for the PS3 far sooner than I expected. I thought Heavenly Sword was coming out much later than this and quite frankly this took me by complete surprise. My point is that if you think that it will be a mediocre game than it will be a mediocre game. Sony should honestly just stop wasting their time and effort on people like you.
The trouble is its posters like -

who cause negative comments for the PS3 as his post above shows,why does he mention the 360 in a negative way there is NOTHING to say that the first posters are 360 owners..
360 owners said medicore playstation games.they don't have a playstation 3 to begin with.why 360 owners always say that playstation 3 sucks, when it in it infant stages.oh i know,because these games make playstation 3 look good and it's exclusive.they making 360 look so medicore by complaining about playstation 3 games that are good and some of use who own both or all.just look at it as a pretty good game.when 360 only owners complain about playstation this or that is because they want one.it's true isn't it, they come hear read about playstation news, than talk badly about it.because they just want one.when i post this i bet 360 owners will bash me and still talk badly about playstation 3.either way its go they can't denie it.they want to be a part of the experince.but what i got to say is these game are promising and great.so im happy to see some news about upcoming playstation 3 titles and i hope that there more good news own the way.
