Heard a rumor about an expansion for Metal Gear Solid 4, did you? Or that rumor about an alternative ending DLC? Well you're out of luck. Konami has announced that they have no plans to release expansions for the game:There are no plans to expand Metal Gear Solid 4. All further expansions are planned for Metal Gear Online.
The Meme Expansion for Metal Gear Online will be released this November, so at least that's something.
If that's no consolation though, you can wipe your tears with the limited edition Metal Gear Solid 4 watches available tomorrow. The watches will be sold in the UK at Gamestation - in stores or online - for GBP 99.99 (US$ 160.5).
