Killzone is developed by Guerilla Games, a company OWNED BY SONY. The chances of it going to the 360 are the exact same chances of Halo or Gears coming to the Ps3.

It must be magic. How are these dev's managing to squeeze every last ounce of juice out of the ps3? I guess they could have done a wipeout hd where it changes the vertical resolution in real time whilst keeping 1080 horizontal constantly. ps3 is getting better all the time, I think next year we will see some awesome games

its obvious that ps3 will keep getting better n better. not to forget we havent seen GOW3 yet which would blow ppl away according to one of the recent article. in regards to hardware design. sony might have over hype it in some way. but still i also believe sony aint stupid in the first place. over hyping something up front is just sort of another sort of advertising to introduce their new technology n product to ppl out there. but if you really use some of your brain juice there and ask yourself, it doesnt take much to figure why would one company spend so much money into engineering something that cannot compete with something that is already out? its obvious that its basically a new tech that require some time to master on. they obviously did their homework on it before pushing out the technology. the japanese aint stupid when come to technology stuff. just look at mobile technology for instance. japan is one country with basically the most advance mobile phone tech as well. seriously only ignorant ppl dont understand this and only know how to bash. i know ppl always like to compare stuffs like multi plat game and say who is looking better. its actually a pretty dumb thing. in this generation its unlike what we are looking at in previous gen. its almost as good as trying to take a pc game comparing it running on 2 different pcs while one is running with nvidia card and another with ati card. look thats really dumb. no matter what even when there is this small little difference in certain details some where its not going to change the over all look of the game. more over console is not a pc. all windows pc are running on same architecture with just different gfx hardware which generically they work the same way. while console itself they are completely different when you comparing architecture between each of them. so you can never compare that way. i bought my 360 first its obvious since it came out first but when ps3 came out i still buy it. with the same terminology behind. i believe sony's engineer aint those ***** eatting morons. when they are ready with the product to release it to the mass, they would know what they are doing especially when there are similar competitors out there. a lot of factors ppl miss out when they look at things which i feel sad.

...and huge resources available from Sony, thats how. :) anyways, 1080i isn't that big a deal, cause it's only 12.5% more pixels than 720p (which i prefer out of the two), but i guess it's good for those who have issues with certain tvs and 720p.

I have to agree...

360 definately owned the first couple years of this generation of gaming, but now it has released almost all of it's big exclusives and is showing signs of slowing down. Gears 2 is only slightly improved over Gears one, with the biggest change being the number of characters on Screen. Resistance 2 is leaps and bounds better then Resistance 1, and competes with Gears 2 quite well as far as graphics are concerned....and then KZ 2 is looking better then R2 and games like Heavy Rain show no signs of the PS3 slowing down in it's technical progression..... So yeah I also bought a 360 and now a PS3 and see myself playing the PS3 in the years to come much more than 360.

i luv my ps3 and everything, but i think you're doing the 360 a bit of a disservice there. i used to think the ps3 would wipe the floor with 360 but it just never happened, and now i think both are on par in power but maybe ps3 got more great exclusive devs, so that's it's edge. gears 2 maybe the best looking 360 game but it's still running on a multiformat engine, it's not built from the ground up on 360. if epic do ut4, it wouldn't improve that much either on ps3 or 360 compared to ut3, because it would still be on ue3. as for the future, who knows, but from what i've seen, never count the 360 out :). i think it will keep up with the ps3 right up to the end of this gen and will keep surpising gamers as much as it's surprised me (great console, but i still prefer ps3).
