Killzone 2 Steel and Titanium DLC trailer, price revealed (awww) |
Ó
Going live on April 30, the DLC will be available for US$ 5.99. (Oh, c'mon, what's six bucks for Killzone 2, huh? It's not all that bad, y'know.) If you guys plan to get Steel and Titanium, make sure you guys prep up by downloading the v1.24 patch, which will be live by tomorrow.
To anticipate the arrival of the DLC (and possibly to wash off the sting of having to learn that we have to pay for it), Guerrilla Games also revealed a trailer:

I know it's only two maps, but any mama luke who plays this game will probably pick it up despite the $5.99 price tag. Although, I haven't played the game much...
for two maps?? Talk about a low blow..
i guess they wanna make up for game sales and decided to make up for it by charging for two maps.
Did you not see the article about the game already selling over a million copies? This DLC was planned before the game even released.
Halo's maps are all 3 maps for $10, I think COD maps are about the same as well. This is the norm, $3-4 per map
If the maps are good what's $3 anyway.
Halo's maps have all been 10$ for 3 as someone already said. And you hardly ever play them nowadays (due to rarity or people vetoing out of hate) and in my opinion they're all pretty crappy aside from Blackout. I haven't bought the mythic maps for that reason (will wait for ODST's release)
6$ for 2 maps is not bad and if both maps are fun then that's even better. I'll definately be buying these when they come out.
