With only 12 days left before the much-awaited Killzone 2
hits stores, Sony is giving everyone who's got a US PlayStation Home
account a chance to get the demo - for free! This offer is limited, so
you better check the details below so you don't miss out. This is for all you folks who didn't pre-order and don't have access to the demo. All you have to do is go into Home tonight at 6PM Pacific (9PM Eastern) and look for Helghast soldiers. They should be fairly easy to find, given their costume and there would probably be a huge crowd around them. Just walk up to one of them and ask for a code and they'll direct message with you to give you the demo key.
There's a limited amount of codes available, so be sure to set your alarms to remind you, so you can and start patrolling Home early. After you get the codes, just login to the PlayStation Store, enter the code on the upper right corner, download the demo and enjoy.

I'm from Newfoundland - we were Brits until 1949.
How about we all just protest instead of being so snobby to one another.
However, I totally hear you - Europe gets the ***** end of the stick a lot with Sony - later releases, lack of content and demos. Well, not just Europe but you know what I mean.

He's got a point. Sony won't listen to us if we're arguing at each other, we have to let them know that **** isn’t right. We're all getting kicked in the butt about something, I personally would like to have a movie rental option on my Playstation store but it’s supposedly only for the American citizens? Not that I have anything against that, but could they at least explain why nobody else gets the feature?
If it’s such an issue with Currency, why can't whoever runs the corporate ends of different countries make it possible for everyone else to spend their dollars to the exact amount as everyone else? I don't see how it can really be that big of an issue, like why cant they make up for a movie rental in the states to be the same price in Europe but instead in Euro's or pounds? Like I don't think Blockbuster has that big of an issue.
I've also made a Japan account to buy many games with Yen dollars by converting my Canadian cash, but whenever I go and do that on an American account why don't I see the option to rent movies? If they can't trust our own Playstation Stores to have a rental option why can’t we just convert our cash to American and rent it from them? It's pretty annoying to be honest because nobody should get a bonus feature on anything, it’s pretty unfair. I also don't see the deal on holding you Europe guys back on things, I myself would complain for you guys to get it.

I have four PSN accounts, one US, one UK, one JAP and one German (my real account).
There are so much differences between then the stores, everytime I check the US store, I see a demo that hasn't been released on the UK or German Store.

Here is a combo that works:

You can use a fake email addy, no worries. Once setup, download your demo ;)

And if I remember correctly, Crackdown contained the Halo 3 beta. There's nothing to complain about though. It was a damn good game too.
