Killzone 2 coming out during GDC? |

According to CVG, that may just be the case. Their sources indicate that the rumored Guerrilla Game's supposed Halo-Killer will be coming out in full force during the GDC next month.
The mere mention of Killzone 2 at the GDC is also meant to be the focal point that will allow Sony to announce even more new games slated for 2007 and 2008, and hopefully bump their sales up a little bit. We'll only be able to know more come March 5, when the actual GDC begins.
While we haven't the slightest clue as to what those games will be, it does make us giddy to know that Killzone could very well wow us all come March. Hopefully, this year's showing will get us more than just a cutscene and rumors.

After the disappointing releases of most of the PS3 games so far it wont take much to impress with Killzone 2 after all Sonic the hedgehog is the highest rented game on PS3 !!!. Speaking of PS3 here is a review - http://uk.ps3.ign.com/articles/746/746533p2.html Just dont worry how bad it compares to the 360 version. Enjoy
With all the great games coming out in the next few months or so, I will be broke and busy, playing great games for the PS3!
Sony wouldn't show it that early unless they were confident about it. This could be good!!! I hope it impresses. Personally I don't think it will meet the target video, but I expect it to be close enough.
The trouble is that 360 looks to have done it again I mean the timing of Gears of War was painful to watch and it put as it any of the Limelight the PS3 may possibly have got firmly to the back BUT now we have Crackdown which is a very strong title but to make matters worse its got the HALO 3 Beta included for FREE it looks like its going to be more of the same with the March launch, THE MARCH LAUNCH what launch ? Crackdown with Halo came out Two weeks ago......
Obviously you cared enough to read the Killzone article instead of playing them..... Please, 360 better hope Killzone doesnt look that good. Oh wait doesnt Oblivion not only look better, but run better, have better textures, and load faster.. lol. Lookin forward to it, hope their is a demo..

That's what extra developement time gives to games. That's why sequels often look and play smoother. For Killzone, the 360 has nothing to worry about. However good it MAY be, I doubt it will be a system seller. That said, I'll looking forward to the first REAL Killzone screenshots and videos, instead of the pre-rendered stunt they pulled at E3 2005.

killzone wont be a halo killer, and halo wont be a killzone killer ;anyone who likes shooters will get both unless u only have one system which means your not a hardcore gamer....
You don't have to own ALL systems to be a hardcore gamer, just as owning all next-gen systems doesn't automatically make you a hardcore gamer. :|

You see the trouble is Gears of War have made games like this looked dated so its back to the drawing board. Killzone 2 will NOT be at that show so maybe it just does NOT look that good eh!.
