Kane & Lynch 2 trademark spotted |
Ó

Reports are circulating that Eidos has recently filed a trademark for a sequel to 2007's co-op third-person shooter, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC).
The sequel is listed in the US Patent and Trademark Office website as Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days. It's not exactly a big surprise since Eidos has been pretty up-front about their plans for a second game even before the original was released. Let's hope they've fixed the oft-criticized controls this time.
Eidos has so far declined to reveal anything official about the game, although Eidos president Ian Livingstone mentioned in an interview in May that they're shooting for a September 2009 release.

Can't wait. It better have online co-op, would only make sense.
Did everyone just suck balls or what? The controls were almost exactly like Freedom Fighter's (considering it was developed by IO as well) and no one complained about those.
The might as well rename it FAIL:2. The game was suck!
Yes, because everyone is a bunch of commoners like you and will believe anything a reviewer says about a game without even playing it. Let's also ignore the fact it sold a few million copies.
You kids don't even know what failure is if you say games like Kane + Lynch and CoD5 were failures. Stay in school.
I beat this game, I played multiplayer, both suck, the controls suck, multiplayer is full of jerkoffs, both ending to the campaign sucks and the graphics are garbage so why don't go stay in school NarooN, Therockness is right and this is coming from someone who had to play this god awful game.
You just sailed in on the Fail Boat.
and the controls weren't that bad. I played it before I even read any reviews, went into the game not expecting anything.. I loved the plot, I enjoyed multiplayer, and I pretty much liked everything about the game.
Can't wait!
