Jumping FlashDo you guys remember Robbit the rabbit-like robot? It is actually the star of PSOne original Jumping Flash! title. We asked because we believe some of you are still quite young when the game was first released around 12 years ago. Back then, fans really went ga-ga over the game as it was considered to be the first 3D platformer ever.

At any rate, this will come as a big and welcome surprise to fans who do remember playing it as the game is now available for purchase on the PlayStation Store. The moment we heard about this, memories of collecting Jetpods and slugging it out with evil scientist Aloha filled our heads in an instant.

Jumping Flash! was originally developed by the now defunct company Exact. Purchasing the game will cost you US$ 5.99.

OMG, how strange... my friend asked me about a "certain" demo for the PSX around two months ago, and when he described it I said "JUmping Flash?" And he was extremely happy that I could name it because he was looking for it.

I also have thought about this game several times over the years and want to try it again.

Awesome news, I'm getting this for PS3, along with Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection. =p

The PS3 store has some great games already.

Just yesterday, I realized that I should be trying to find this game to play on my PSP, but I couldn't remember the name! I tried all afternoon, evening, and morning... until now, when I see this.

What excellent timing!

Now, I just hope that once my other games are compressed, this will fit on my memory stick.
