Ó

The other week, ex-God of War director David Jaffe revealed on his blog that Sony just showed him some God of War III footage. Though he's not part of the project anymore, he's still all praises for it: "It looks like a painting come to life," he commented.

Fast-forward through the timeline a bit, and Geoff Keighley of Spike TV confirmed that the upcoming GoW3 footage to be shown during their VGA event will indeed be real-time graphics.

Now comes a bit of a caveat from David Jaffe: what Sony showed him the other week is NOT the same footage scheduled to be revealed during VGA. Ah, just as I pointed out the other day.

The video below has him talking about a whole bunch of other stuff (e.g. the holiday game release spammage), but if you want to go to the GoW3 part, that'd be towards the end - somewhere around the 7:00-mark:

» So True

Every f**cking game I got.. oO shrink wrapped.

Never happens when I go to gamestop. Always get questioned when I buy a new $60 game for $55 used. I'm like no I don't want a used game for only $5 cheaper and get something used and hurt the gaming industry. I buy the new one and I always get either a game that is not shrink wrapped or broken shrink wrapping. I still wonder if the one I got was new or they just made an extra $5 off me and gave me a used one.
