Like Castle Crashers, Jonathan Blow's poignantly beautiful platformer Braid made waves when it hit the Xbox Live Arcade last year. Again just like Castle Crashers, it's now heading to the Sony PlayStation 3 console.

A German USK listing showing a PS3 release for Braid was recently spotted by NeoGAF member Fortinbras. A rep from Hothead Games, the publisher behind the game's Mac version, has subsequently confirmed it as real.

The Hothead representative declined to give out a release date, but he did confirm that the game will be available in the US as well as Europe.

» The game is cool.

But I lost interest in it pretty fast. It has a cool concept but I'm not sure what it was about the game, but it was missing that special something that made me want to go back and continue playing.

» Awesome

Most of the people I play 360 with say it was awesome, so it's great that the PS3 guys and gals will get to experience it now... same with Castle Crashers...

I really didn't enjoy this game on Xbox360. Found it completely uninteresting and actually mostly ugly. Not interested in purchasing it at all for PS3. At least Castle Crashers can be somewhat amusing in small doses.
