Incog transformed Warhawk into multiplayer-only PSN game? |
Ó
The development process of Incognito Inc's Warhawk has become an interesting one. It would be remembered that there were a lot of rumors before saying that the game was cancelled. It was a good thing though that Three Speech confirmed last month that the green light is still on for this flight action title.
Now there's this another rumor about the game. It's supposedly not going to be a full retail game, meaning it can be downloaded via the Sony's live network">PlayStation Network. Gaming site 1UP's Sam Kennedy mentioned that he met with Incog in Salt Lake City and found out some interesting stuff about the game.
Kennedy reported that Warhawk can, in fact, be downloaded from PSN. To make things more interesting, Kennedy added that Incog decided to make it multiplayer-only as well. He then shared,
It's interesting, because I know a lot of people's perception of the game will change once they hear it's downloadable over PSN as opposed to being a full retail game. It shouldn't. I believe this could actually become a great demonstration of what Sony has in store for us with downloadable games.
Well, we're not too certain about this one yet. But in the event that Kennedy is correct, we would like to know how do you find Warhawk now. While the changes are quite interesting, it is obvious that Incog implemented cuts. Do you think it had problems with development?
