Images of Time Crisis 4 for the PS3 and the Guncon 3 |

We've previously reported on the rumors regarding the online retailer listing that says "Time Crisis 4 with Guncon", and well, now its rumor no more. Namco Bandai has officially announced the existence of the much rumored Time Crisis 4 for the PlayStation 3.
JeuxFrance reports that Time Crisis 4 was revealed alongside the revelation of the new "Guncon 3" gun accessory for the PS3. Images of the accessory along with a small glimpse of Time Crisis 4 gameplay can be seen below.
Time Crisis 4 and the Guncon 3 accessory should be released in Japan by the end of the year.
No official word yet on the price of the Guncon 3, so far all we have to go with is that GameStop and Amazon.com listings. We'll update you as soon as there is more info on the game, and if there is confirmation if it will reach North American shores. Stay tuned.

you obviously havent looked at the pics properly it isnt wireless u can see the wire coming out of the gun at the bottom

will it work with LCD's and Plasmas?
Firstly, you can tell he's using it on an LCD, and secondly, it looks like they are using similar technology to the Wii. There appears to be two small "sensor-like" things at the top corners of the screen. They probably have Infrared LEDs, and the gun would use them for positioning, pretty much exactly how the Wii does it.

Namco's Latest (and possibly the best) Aracde Shooter Series "Time Crisis 4" was released into arcade in June 2006. Well recently EBGames, Gamestop (owned by same firm) and Amazon.com Have all listed Time Crisis 4 +Guncon for the PS3 for 90 USD (45 GBP) - which is a great price! to be released on November 13th 2007.
No-one knows for sure whether or not it will be released on that day or if its just the companies making random release dates.
Gamespot asked Namco regarding the release date (and price) yet namco only replied with "We Do Not Comment on any rumours or speculation of any kind"

and whats the deal with the front handle... why not make it a machine gun all in all?

Im going to say, this game is a violent murder simulator. It trains kids how to become a shooter. Videogames like this need to be banned.

theres a wire to me, look at the bottom of the gun handle, theres a black thing there. Or a better example would be the bottom left picture, you can see it dangling.
do work with lcd cause my nes an duck hunt work fine. on my 46" sony lcd
This was amazing on the Arcade (Though, I still kinda attached to TC3, 23Hit-combo with the handgun ftw)
