Home Beta gets updated |
Ó
It seems the Home Beta has received a pretty sizeable update. According to PlayStation Universe, the update includes a few graphical enhancements, new customization options and new items. The new Home Beta update also reportedly give player avatars the ability to run around the virtual community after walking for a bit. The Home Cinema has also been beefed up with new trailers including ones from Around the World and the film Reign Over Me. Videos in public spaces also play more smoothly the closer one stands to them.
The biggest addition in the update is the first look at in-game XMB access. PlayStation Universe says that the update now lets those in the Home Beta access their friends list from anywhere inside Home by pressing the Select button at any time.

With every passing day, you seem to be getting more and more desperate and childlike while offering your negative spin on the PS3.
What's the matter? Worried about your 300/400 dollar investment? In one of your posts, you said you just like to have fun with your posts, but it appears more as if you are really worried about something.
Regards,
MTK

I'm glad to see that they are making an effort to add XMB in game. Hopefully one day, they'll make an update that lets you use it in anything.

360+$400
HD-DVD+$200
innercooler (for over heating)
Online cost
And battery changes
The PS3 has all of this built in plus free online, rechargeable controller, and it never overheats.
I feel pretty good with my $600 system since it has a web brower and things like Home. And the good games that are coming, hey and even the ones that are here like Rainbow Six Vegas and Warhawk n Resistance.
Thats just to show how the PS3 is a whole system... Not just pieces of one.
