Haze for PS3 - Image 1

If you thought you knew everything about the Haze demo (that it will feature the first mission), then you should keep on reading. Over at the PlayStation Blog, Haze Community Manager Aymeric Evennou (Ubi_Wuzzi) gave us more details for the Haze demo which will hit the North American PlayStation Network tomorrow May 8.

The freebie first mission that was confirmed days earlier is a jungle called the Salva region. More good news: you can play the entire first level.

Not only that, if you become bored with the single player mode, why not invite three more friends? Yes, that's right, the drop-in drop-out co-op online play is also at hand for you to try. If you want some more privacy, you and your friends can hook up in a private server room.

Do take note that the voice chat is not activated by default, so make sure to manually turn it on to enjoy the multiplayer mode with your friends.

Now if you're from Europe and you got stoked with this news, you need not wait until tomorrow. The Haze demo is already waiting for you over at the European/PAL PlayStation Network. What are you waiting for?

wait

the psn usually updates at 3 to 4 pm central time. so we just have to wait a little. I have no hurry, im not tired to play gta iv, so maybe i will download it today, but not play until next week, or more...

Idiot^

Hey idiots and xx X-Tra xx, you must have just bought a PS3 to not realize the PS Store update times. Bunch of whiners these days.

This sucks

They didn't even bother including the splitscreen option... online and split is not the same at all, I wanted to know before buying, but I'm not sure I'll buy the game now. Completly no auto-aim is not the best way for console gaming... Anyway, the demo was cool, I would just add an auto-aim feature (not a complete auto-aim, DAH, but looking like the halo auto-aim would be great) that we could activate . Other than that, I liked the demo, it's sad I can't test the split-screen, but at least you see the style (there is a "press start now", arcade style, for the 2nd player to pop in).
