No handicap is gonna keep this gamer from playing. KitsuneNoYume from the PS3 General forums at PlayStation.com, along with engineer Mark Felling, built an adaptive PS3 controller to accommodate Kitsune's physical specifications, given his medical condition.

Each jack corresponds to a button, and he uses 16 switches with his right hand and feet plus the joystick with his tongue. With a special straw, sipping and blowing on it triggers different functions. He's also saving up to get switches that respond to muscle movements.

One word - AMAZING. He gets so many points for innovation, and he ought to get a patent for that thing - I'm sure other handicapped gamers out there would be glad to have it. It's amazing to see how determination has taken this gamer this far to be able to play, now that's a hardcore gamer right there.

To KitsuneNoYume, we applaud you. You rock.
