In a very shocking twist (no, not really), Persona 2 and 3 director Katsura Hashino has told Dengeki Playstation that work is now commencing on the fifth major Persona game.
Hashino told the Japanese gaming mag, "We are preparing to start work on the next Persona."
"I want to add things that are being expected of the series," he added. "I also want to change things that can be changed within those boundaries."
What Hashino didn't mention, however, was Atlus' target platform for Persona 5. Previous rumors have pegged it for a PlayStation 3 release. The last Persona game, Persona 4, was released on the PlayStation 2 in late 2008.
