GTA IV scans looking good |

Looks like there really is no stopping the baddest boy of them all. The Official PlayStation Magazine UK has published these images and it had us riled up for the newest chapter of videogame crime sprees, Grand Theft Auto IV. Check them out:
The game may still have quite some time before it hits the Sony PlayStation 3 and the Microsoft Xbox 360, but we can already tell that this one's going to be awesome. The visuals are looking to take next-gen gaming a notch higher. Combine that with the trademark explosive gameplay of the series and you've got a recipe for mayhem.
Publisher Take-Two Interactive and developer Rockstar Games have been under fire lately from different concerned sectors who criticize the content of their games. The firms dealt with the issue in a calm and collected manner and that seems to have worked wonders. The franchise's notoriety has since become a synergy for its popularity, making the Grand Theft Auto series one of the most financially successful in history.

I've heard that the graphics will not be much different between the consoles. I still believe the XBOX will have a small improvement in the graphics though.
I own a PS3 and it is hard saying the XBOX is better but that's what I think. It's hard to guess how much space this game needs. Obviously it's got to fit onto a disk for the XBOX, this means if it's larger than the XBOX disk space, it will need to be compressed which leads to lower sound quality etc.
The PS3 could have an advantage with audio quality because it just has so much space on the disk. It will be a long time before games on the Blu-Ray will need to be compressed.
I don't know. But right now I wish I worked at Rock Star. I could be playing GTA4!!! If I did, I'd leak as much videos I can before I got fired LOL!!!

the fact that many "Average" Joe people love it is the biggest indicator that its super-ficial and requires no thinking and serve no purpose
this is exactly why a Gimmick like the wii is selling, and games like Madden over-sell master-peices like shadow of the collusus and Okami every-day....90% of human beign are drone,brain-washed and fools
but then humans have done worse...
Humans worshipped Fire...
humans worshiped cows...
humans have been killing each other for naive illusions such as Justice and Morals and heavenly virgins
in comparison...over-hyping a game like GTA is nothing serious, this type of attitude is wriiten in the human genes
its important to say that i brought GTA as an example of many over-rated games, and i do not simply mean only GTA
the bottom-line is that this game is not bad,it has good qualities but stop hyping it...and stop hyping Halo3 while youre at it
the market is starting to target the masses, the brain-less drones...these drones have money, they are the majority of the community, and they will cartainly drive innovation from software away
i guess thinking about it is futile..

GTA is fun. For some...madden is fun.
That does NOT make it wrong.
Some enjoy rpgs...while others find it retarded.
Not everyone should be like you.

OK, let me put it this way. You're an average Joe that no one care's what your opinion is. EGM gave all of the Grand Theft Auto's 9/10s and 10/10s, so yeah. A respected gaming magazine says you're wrong.
