Gran Turismo 5 Prologue update now available; enhancements, three new cars |
Ó
One of them is the GT by Citroen, whose real-life model debuted at the Paris Motor Show yesterday. The car was a joint venture between Citroen and Polyphony, the studio behind Gran Turismo. The car is supposedly the first "specifically designed to bring the virtual and real world together." Visitors to the show in Paris can drive the car in a true-to-life simulator.
The other two cars lined up in the Prologue update are the Ferrari California and the Lotus Evora. Here they are, in order: the GT by Citroen (available for 1 million credits), the Ferrari California (300,000 credits) and the Lotus Evora (100,000 credits).
Aside from the sexiness, the update also includes gameplay enhancements, with changes to the Time Trial events' penalty system, Drift Trial races now get a rolling start feature, new levels and earnings in Race Events, improved responsiveness with the wireless controller, and improved sound balance.

Comments [refresh]
I didnt think they would still be updating GT5P, this is pretty cool of Polyphony..but man 1 million credits?
When are we getting visible damage to our cars?...
I was assuming the next update would be it as... yamaguchi said this fall damage would be rolling out.
But that is one sexy hamburger.
Fall, HAS JUST, started.
If you really want something, you should know by now that patience is a virtue.
So hasty...
Where's the Eunos Roadster/Mazda MX-5 Miata it was in the GTHD demo which was released back in 2006! 2 years befor the game came out, they should of had enough time to do the interior view by now, its the only car i want in the game, if its in the demo why not the game, it better be in the final GT5, which has anything been said about a release date?
