From the latest issue of Game Informer surface the first details (and blurry low res scans) on the sequel to last years Harryhausen inspired epic fantasy actioner, God Of War. The sequel titled, God Of War II: Divine Retribution will in fact debut on the PS2 (and not the PS3 as many had thought/hoped). That may be good news or bad news depending on how you look at it, consider that you're 100 million times more likely to have a PS2 than a PS3 (for what it's worth). While there's no information on a solid release date just yet, we do know that David Jaffe (creator of the original God Of War) will be taking a somewhat less active role in development as he is currently hard at work on a game for the PSP codenamed "HL".
