That's not the only one. dragula 96 also has this vid of an even worse glitch. His opponent and the background did not load. As a result, he fought in pitch black nothingness, fighting pitch black nothingness.
Capcom needs to do some serious overtime, their Street Fighter remake's gonna amass a large angry mob demanding a thorough fix. dragula96 wants to get word around so that Capcom will get wind of this faster. Let's do our part and spread the word.

Game companies are so lazy these days. What the hell do BETA testers actually do? They certainly don't test the games!
And how long was this remake in development again? Must be the old code.
There was no online beta for the PS3 version. There's likely to be a lot of issues online as we experience the paid open beta.
Its been in development for way too long!
please fix those before you release it over here at japan. and if possible please make a BD release too, i dont mind paying extra for a disc which i can own forever. i have corrupted my ps3 20gb hdd before and had to redownload all my stuff, now im trying to avoid downloaded softs coz 250gb is not easy to backup and i lose another dl permission if i redownload.
I understand it to be that you can have it installed on 5 seperate ps3's, not you can dl it 5 times. You should be able to dl it as many times as you want?
Was only conducted in the 360 version of the game and Capcom said that it would help BOTH versions... I gues thats what we get for having a bunch of 15 year olds testing a game, no reports on any bugs and they only have it to brag about it.
