Indians

Howdy all. Being an Indian myself (born there, raised in the US since I was 6 months old, but have alot of family back there and visit fairly often), I know for a fact that Indians LOVE the Sony brand..... Hell... my parents have a giant Sony HD television, a Sony 6-DVD changer, 5 Sony stereos, 2 Sony video cameras, 1 Sony photo camera, not to mention the newly bought PS3.... but Indians are also hella cheap. They may buy the 360 out of pure frugality, but many more will buy a PS3 just because its Sony. Indians are FIERCELY loyal to brand name. I am not making claims that the PS3 is better than the 360 (though it is ;-) ), but, take my recent trip to India where I gave my cousin the latest Ipod Video and he looked at it with a "myeh" and offered to trade it for my decade old Sony CD Walkman (my mother told me not to...damn being nice to relatives!). This may say alot about my cousin's taste in electronics (everything in India is pirated, so CDs are practically free and widely available, and computers are ala Windows 98 status... so its not too irrational), but I does show India and South Asia's love of Sony. And for those who think that India doesn't really matter in gaming... it doesn't... as of yet. India, while still having the most poor people of any country on the planet, has one of the largest growing middle classes of any country and has tons of rich kids who can't wait to spend their parent's money. Immediately after I left, the Ipod craze hit India and my cousin thanked me profusely for giving him the nicest, most advanced Ipod out of anyone in the city (practically.... their Ipod craze was just about the regular mp3 Ipods). So dont totally discount India and the non traditional South Asian markets. Also don't overlook Korea, the non-England Europe, and many other countries that don't really know what the heck an Xbox is but can't wait to buy ANY Sony Playstation because of it's dominance (PS2 sales numbers in these countries are ridiculous!!!) PlayStation 3 Vs. Xbox 360’s Best Game (Halo 3)

Never post any news articles regarding to Halo 3 from now on, period. I *****ing care nothing about Halo 3. I don’t care anything about such garbage like Crapalo 3 or Halo 2.5 or Halo 2 Episode 1. This is a flat fact that there’re 200 games or so which are better than Halo 3 in terms of graphics, sounds, music, gameplay, online multiplay, single-play, and replay value (longevity). * World of StarCraft (WoS – MMORPG genre): go to google.com -> click ‘images’ button to do image searching -> type ‘World of StarCraft’ -> you can see 2 exclusive pictures. Back in early 2006, Blizzard gave an exclusive interview about WoS and these 2 in-game pictures of WoS to GameSpot. About 1 week later, Blizzard requested GameSpot to remove all information on WoS because WoS was in very early form (build). * Call of Duty 5: Infinity Ward makes CoD 2 and 4; Infinity Ward has been making CoD 4 since Dec. 2005. Treyarch makes CoD 3 and 5; Treyarch has been making CoD 5 since Jan. 2007.
